এখেত বৰ্তমান অসম অৰুণাচল সীমান্তৱৰ্তী ডিৰাক সোনজান গাঁৱৰ নিবাসী। সুনিত চন্দ্ৰ মৰাণ পোৱাবৰ মৰাণৰ প্ৰথম পুত্ৰ। তেখেতে ১৯৩৬ চনৰ ফেব্ৰুৱাৰী মাহত টঙনা গাঁৱত জন্মগ্ৰহণ কৰিছিল । তেখেতে ১৯৪৭ চনত শিক্ষাৰ জীৱন আৰম্ভ কৰি ১৯৫১ চনত সামৰণি মাৰে । তেখেতে ১৯৫৮ চনত ২২ বছৰ বয়সত সোনজান গাঁৱৰ ধনেশ্বৰী মৰাণৰ লগত বিবাহ পাশত আবদ্ধ হয়। ১৯৭৪ চনত ধনেশ্বৰী মৰাণৰ দেহাৱসান ঘটাত পুণৰ ১৯৭৬ চনত ৰাইডাং বেতনি গাঁৱৰ ৰাঙলী মৰাণৰ লগত বিবাহ পাশত আবদ্ধ হয়।
এখেত শিলিখাঘটীয়া উন্নয়ণ সমিতিৰ দ্বিতীয় জন সভাপতি । তেওঁ বংশটোৰ পূৰ্বপুৰুষৰ আতিগুৰি তথা বংশলতা বিচাৰি বংশাৱলী সভাৰ জৰিয়তে বিভিন্ন অঞ্চলত বসবাস কৰা বংশৰ পৰিয়ালসমূহক একেখন মঞ্চত চিনাক্তকৰণ কৰাৰ বাবে প্ৰচেষ্টা ৰাখে । তেওঁ গাওঁ খনৰ লগতে অঞ্চলটোৰ বিভিন্ন অনুষ্ঠান-প্ৰতিষ্ঠানৰ তথা সমাজৰ হকে সেৱা আগবঢ়ায় আহিছে। বৰ্তমান এখেত বৰডিৰাক ত্ৰিপুক মায়ামৰা সত্ৰৰ উন্নয়ণ সমিতিৰ সভাপতি আৰু সত্ৰৰ এজন পুৰোহিত। সুনিত চন্দ্ৰ মৰাণ বংশটোৰ এজন সচেতন তথা বংশপ্ৰেমী ব্যক্তি। বংশটোৰ উত্তৰণৰ হকে কৰা তেখেতৰ ত্যাগ - কষ্টক আমি শ্বীকাৰ কৰিবই লাগিব ।

He is a resident of Dirak Soonjan village on the Assam-Arunachal border. Sunit Chandra Moran was the first son of Powabar Moran. He was the first President of the Shilikhaghatia Development Committee. He tries to identify the families of the clan living in different areas on the same platform through genealogical meetings to find the ancestry and genealogy of the clan. He has been serving the village as well as various institutions and communities in the area. He is currently the President of the Bordirak Mayamara Tripuk Satra Development Committee and a priest of the satra. Sunit Chandra is a conscious and clan loving person of the Maran clan. We must acknowledge his sacrifices for the upliftment of the clan.
